Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?

Absolutely not! You can make as many requests as you'd like and prioritize what is best for you and your business. Depending on the plan you choose we will work on one request at a time.

How do I request a design?

You can make requests within your personalized Design board in Trello. Once you make the request, our team will be notified immediately and we'll get started on it.

What if I only have a single request?

That’s okay! After you receive your single request you can immediately pause your subscription and you can restart it again when you have more work that needs to be done. No need to use up a whole month payment for a single request.

How does the pause feature work?

Depending on where you are in your billing cycle that is where you can pause your subscription. We can always restart it when you have a new need arise and you can use the balance of your initial monthly payment.

What if I don’t like the work?

That’s okay, we can continue revising and iterating on the work until it’s in a place that you’re satisfied with it.

How fast do I receive the design work?

You’ll receive work within 48 hours on average depending on the request.
